Constant Pings! Virus? Hack?

Last week my printer stopped working. I've since removed 5 viruses using NAV. I've removed a load of spyware/malware using ad-aware. But now I've noticed that someone is pinging me every 5 to 10 seconds (I'm using ZoneAlarm)from what appears to be the same network (171.75.xxx.xxx --- the last 2 sections of IP addy changes --- here are a few full IP addys: 171.75.205.167, 171.75.93.132, 171.75.244.226 ). Can anyone help me discover if this is a hacker, a virus, or more spyware?

That would be a correct assumption but, I believe it would be on the computers pinging you. (worm) Could be wrong. Are you showing anything trying to connect to the internet through ZA?
