Constant 403 Forbidden error

Since yesterday a computer I use at work has shown this error on every website I try to use!! I can't access anything. I thought it was a trojan and ran cwshredder and AD-AWARE but nothing.
I've looked through the forum and discovered something about a HOST file but its all a bit confusing.

Did you ask the IT personnel whether or not they purposedly set it in place?

Ah! I work/own the small company with only 6 other employees so I therefore am the IT Personnel!!
Any ideas?

An Update - It appears now to be an intermittent problem, not specific to certain websites, sometimes it works as normal and then after 10-20 mins or so its all 403 errors again!!
