Hi all. My client recently started having problems and I eventually tied it down to the W32.Spybot virus. After removing it, he can now connect to his ISP (dial-up), but cannot get OExpress or Iexplorer to work. He also cannot ping to any web site or IP address. Any ideas what could be wrong? I have tried running a winsock/tcpip fix tool, but to no avail. thanks.

If it ain't broken, break it!

Sometimes connectivity problems can be solved using the LSP Fix tool at www.cexx.org
