I believe I got a virus, I downloaded a music file and within two minutes got a blue screen and restarted the computer. Then everytime I log on I get this message "Userinit Logon Application has encountered a problem and needs to close..." and then the screen is blank with nothing but my wallpaper. I need help, I tried to recover to a previous date no luck, I can't find my HP recovery disc 1/2 and nothing seems to be working. Thanks for any insight in advance!
