I am having some problems with my computer..It appears that every 10-20 minutes a pop up from avast is coming up saying that I have a temp file win32 Trojan..I think this is from my son..But I cant seem to remove it keeps coming back..I used superAntiSpyware Free too...Could someone help me?

My avast is picking the temp virus up but there must be something in the windows folder could someone help me remove it? I think there is spyware / addware on my computer!

The model I posted is not correct I cannot post the model of my computer for it is a custom computer..
