hey ive been trying to clean my pc of viruses and trojan etc, when i first scanned my pc i got 9 threats come up, so i just kept scanning, after about 2 days of this my computer just started shutting down randomly in the middle of scanning, the message that came up was something about a generic host 32 error, it asks me if i want to send this error or not, so i click dont send, then my computer starts a system reboot out of no where. when my pc comes back up i get another error messsage saying "error loading C:\WINDOWS\nzumecebezudan.dll" could you give me a hand on what to do please

there could be corruption to crucial system files, caused either by a virus or by brute-force removal of malware.
you are probably going to need to Repair your OS installation, if not Reinstall completely.
And any time a virus or series of viruses infects a machine, users should ask themselves how confident they are that the machine is completely cleaned. Anyone claiming 100% confidence is either delusional or a liar.
I would suggest copying personal data (pics, movies, mp3s), SCANNING THEM with a system known to be clean with up to date anti-malware (virus, spyware, adware), and then blowing away your Vista installation and reinstalling fresh.
