My PC just started shutting down on start-up, and then starts up fine on the second try. Its done this for about 10 times now and not every time I start-up, but almost like every other time. It never makes it to the bios flash screen. Then second try its fine. I did install a new BFG 6800GS video card last month.. but it ran fine for a month before this problem started. Please folks, any suggestions? Power supply? Virus?

What power supply did you install in your computer and how old is it? Is it a good name brand one? Also, check the memory sticks, make sure they are seated in the slots.
