I was surfing the web and wham! I was infected with trojans, spyware and a big mess of programs that installed themselves on my computer. They got through my AVG anti-virus, and S&D, Microsoft Anti-Spyware, Hijack This, and Ad Aware have not been able to delete them. One of them was Isearch, which I finally deleted by going to THEIR site (the scum-sucking monsters) and using their uninstaller.
Here's the BIG problem. Even with Isearch uninstalled, my computer is really messed up. When I log into Windows, the icons appear for about five seconds, then disappear for a few seconds, then appear without a taskbar for a few seconds, then disappear again, etc, etc. This happens continuously.
I keep running programs to clean it and they find malware, trojans and spyware and claim to delete it, but when I run the program again, it finds the same stuff in there.
I can't get into the registry or Windows start up file because I click "run" and before I can type anything in, everything diseappears for five seconds and when it reappears, the dialogue box isn't there.
I'm at wit's end. I can't figure out what to do?

Well, whats happening is when you are scanning to remove the problems, it is removing them, but not all of them, some part of one of the 'bad' programs is still able to run at startup, or your computer core system files are damaged. My first reccommendation is to download and install Startup Control Panel from:
http://www.download.com/3001-2094_4-1539340.html?idl=n
If you cant get it to download off your damaged pc, use a good one and put it on a floppy or cd then install it on the machine that way.
Once installed you can locate it under your control panel. Start button-->control panel-->Startup icon. (if you dont see it, then click the "switch to classic view" button on the left hand menu.
Once open you can click through the tabs, disable all programs you dont recegnize. This will prevent anything from booting when your computer starts.
Another option is to boot into safe mode and try this tool if it fails in normal mode. I think you can enter safe mode by pressing F8 during bootup, not sure though.
Let me know if this does or doesnt work for you, I have other options too.

Check what processes are running from the Processes tab in Task manager. If any look unusual close them and then end Explorer.exe Then goto File,New Task from Task manager, this should allow you to use the run dialog, if not as Ian said try safe mode
