computer only works in safe mode

my computer says that there was an unexpected shut down and when i restart it it goes to the user screen and i log in then it restarts it self it only does this when i restart it normally when its in safe mode or safe mode with network i can access the internet but the audio service isn't working. does anyone have any idea whats going on?
