my computer keeps popping up with computer online scan and it is saying my computer is infected 17 torgans and more in other files what can i do

you have an infection. If you clicked on it when it popped up, it will have infected your PC. Run a scan with Malwarebytes: http://www.filehippo.com/download_m... and remove all it finds. It's a trojan virus that promotes rogue security applications. Use malwarebytes anti-malware or Spyware Doctor.
