computer keeps shutting off ramdomly

this started happening like 2 months ago, my computer will shutt off after like an hour when i go live on stickam..this never happened before,and now is shutting off even when im not therr after a few hours... and there is annoying sound that comes from the modem,i think is the fan,it never did that neither...so please i apreciated if someone can help.. it also says performance can be improved by changing visual settings..idk..i try everything but that keeps popping out...
