Hi there, I presume I got some virus, since my computer only seem to work in a safe mode, so is my internet connection. When you open it normally & whenever you click on any icon or try to open a program the wating/clock comes up but after a few seconds it dissapears and nothing happens. I tried scaning it with Kapersky on-line scanner, Trojan Hunter, avast antivirus, malwarebytes but every single time it comes back clean..? Is there anything I can do before I have to wipe it clean? Thanks

While in safe mode, run MSCONFIG & see if there's anything unusual in startup. If there is, untick them & see if problem's solved, if not then remove the ticks from everything, see if it will start 'normally' &, if it does, re-enable items one at a time to see which one's causing the problem.
