I have SBC dsl and when i try to conect it doesnt let me, and the usernames wont show up when i open the screen to conect to the browser i've tried to do system restore, but that wont work ether it wont respond also my windown media player wont open next step i was going to do was to reformat my computer but i want to see if i can save all the stuff on my comp and get rid of this bug.

Hi, try downloading AdAware and A-Squared from my homepage(link above),install, update, and run them in Safe-Mode (instruction at my homepage under tips). Also a good start is Spyware Blaster and Guard. See if that helps...You may not be going back far enough in the system restore to nab it, and reformatting is really a last option.

try also in safe mode, unchecking in msconfig , also try regedit and search for services.exe in run or runonce folders and delete, also check for viruses and delete, empty temp folders...:)
