Specs: Windows Vista
My system was recently infected with a virus from opening an attachment from an email. Now, pop up ads occur every few seconds in both mozilla and ie. I have run windows defender and another spyware scanning software but both found nothing. I no longer have any anti-virus software (used to have mcafee). Please help me get rid of this virus. The virus was sent in an email that appeared to be from Hallmark saying I have an e-card. When I opened the attachment I realized it was likely a virus but it was too late. Please help. Thanks.

I like spyware doctor., you can download it for free., from ., you can also download threatfire for free from
threatfire .com., spyware doctor is a signature based anti virus
program that works real effectively ., threat fire is a behavior
based anti virus program both., spyware doctor and threatfire
are all from pctools., and work together as a team to to track,
monitor, catch, subdue, lockup, and destroy malicious
infections of all sorts, rootkits, trojans, worms, etc.., try them
out after doing your research on there effectiveness.
