Personally I use AVG Pro version,and would not be without it , as far as Anti-Vir ,I have heard it is also good,So is Avast, but cannot say forsure I also use Zone Alarm Pro version and it has a built in antispyware program but I also use Adawre SE,Spybot Search & Destroy,Ewido Plus,among other cache/history/registry cleaners Try a google search and to find out the pros. & cons.
