Hi, after I put my computer into stand by (sleep) it turns itself back on after a few minutes.

Any ideas whats wrong?

I've scanned using mcafee, housecall, spybot, and ad-aware.

Look at the event viewer.
Run netstat -an to see if it's making any unwanted connections.

Good question. If you don't have an anti virus program, do two things.
Run msconfig and disable everything in the startup.
Run regedit and go to:
HKLM
Software
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Run

Look for anything that doesn't belong and delete the value.
