First, I turned on the computer and then it boots normally. After a few minutes it goes to a blue screen and gives instructions but before I can read it all it turns off and starts all over again. I get about 2 minutes in normal mode. I can however go into safe mode but not sure what's going on. This issue just happened. I am under warranty but my documents are in storage somewhere. Can you help???

Start by right clicking 'my computer, choose the 'advanced' tab, then 'startup & recovery' & remove the tick from 'automatically restart. This will let you see what the blue screen is telling you. "I've always been mad, I know I've been mad, like the most of us..."

Thanks..I finally just went to safe mode and restored to a previous point. I then was able to install my updates that apparently were not being done. It's working fine. Thanks for the response and now I learned something new. :_)
