I have been having issues with my computer for the past 2 weeks i will give you a run down about what has been going on. Approx 2 weeks ago i went onto my local newspaper website and my computer crashed, i tried to restart and it wouldnt do anything. i then tried to shut it down and it wouldn't shut down, i ended up having to unplug it from the wall to shut it off, when i tried to start it back up it wouldnt load windows i tried several times without any luck. Well i ended up having to Reset my hard drive back to factory settings like it was the day i bought it. Well when i got it up and running again i ran a virus scan with
Windows Live OneCare safety scanner and i found 7 viruses, (i found out later my local newspapers website was attacked by a virus that was able to override there security and eveyone who logged on to there web page was attaked too.) i did write down some of the virus names so i could search how to remove then : Trojan.wimad, Trojan.Brisv.A, Backdoor.Trojan, TrojanClicker:VBS/Small.A Windows Live OneCare was able to remove 6 of the 7 viruses however it will not remove TrojanClicker:VBS/Small.A and now my xp settings are messed up and i cant fix it and everytime i boot up my computer command prompt opens around 27 windows and they go so fast i can not catch the errors. I was able to see part of the error of one of them it says: Can Not load VDM IPX/SPX support can someone please help me i dunno what else to do, i am not computer Illiterate but i am not very technical with all the terms. Thank you so very much with any input you can offer me!
