Codec Virus in system tray-help!

I downloaded a codec program for Media Player.I have 1 icon in my system tray with this message"critical system error". After a reboot in safe mode, i have used - smitfraudfix - ewido - atf cleaner - vundofix and i can't remove it; thanks
