Problem: A system was infected by the JS_NOCLOSE.E virus but keeps coming back even after using Trend Micro's HouseCall or PC-cillin to quarantine the infected files. JS_NOCLOSE.E is also known as TROJAN.NOCLOSE, JS.TROJAN.NOCLOSE, and HTML.JSCRIPT.NOCLOSE. Solution: This JS_NOCLOSE.E issue occurs because the temporary Internet files or cache of the system have not been removed and will continue to infect the machine when used. Resolve this issue by deleting or clearing the computer's temporary Internet files or cache using the following procedure: Run the Disk Cleanup utility from the Windows desktop. For Windows 95 / 98 / ME, click Start > Programs > System Tools > Disk Cleanup. For Windows 2000 Pro / XP, click Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup.
