Citrix not working

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, 2.992 GHz / 509 MB
I use the Citrix program for one of my at home jobs.

I have been having problems signing into the system and most of the time I need to uninstall citrix and re-installed.

My job- techical support was able to connect to my pc and try to access the program and said it was resolved, couldn't tell what was the problem.

I tried to work and couldn't launch citrix again, contacted techical support and was not able to connect with them because it would not allow me, they think I may have a virus or spyware.

So I would post the hijackthis log the first one I got. then re-stared computer in same mode and ran my norton av, ad-aware and anti-malware found something and deleted, so re-started computer still can't get the citrix to work

So I would post the log for hijackthis after I ran the programs on safe mode.

Please I'm not a computer person, so excume if any question my be crazy.
