Your IP address is given by your ISP. Unless you have a static IP address, it is already changing frequently (dynamic). You should call your ISP and ask if your IP address is static or dynamic.
Either way, the only way you can hide your IP address is by using a proxy such as this:

Hi:thanks but the problem is :not all websites will be accessible when u are using an anonymizer did you experience like this problem!!!! cheers.

Laura.I use Spyblocker and it will not let me access certain sites unless I let it "hand-off" to anonymizer proxy.A good example of that is a site that may track you or collect info on you.If a site may download spyware on a visitor,it won't access it either.(And NO I'm not talking about porn sites either!!!Although I imagine those sites would fall into the same category).A popular messenger service with a 5 letter name is one I know of!Regards.JB

Not too sure whether you want to hide your real ip address or not.
If you do, every time and for each site you visit, the easiest way is via proxy programs rather than web based anonymisers. The best are Stealther and Multiproxy.
Summary: I read some past articles on here about changing your IP address. Once you have changed it, is there anyway to trace you back with your old IP? Also, what info can hackers get from your IP? Thanks! ...
