cftmon in startup

OS: Windows XP Home SP2
CPU/Ram: Pentium4 2..GHz
Product: Dell 8200

cftmon and swg keep coming up in start up every time I log on although I keep deleting them from the start up list with ashampoo antspyware. Those two files slow down my computer. What could I do not to have to take them out of the start up list once and for all.

Sorry, I meant ctfmon. I followed the microsoft support thread but the Microsoft office xp product doesn't show in the add/remove programs. I have xp home edition. i assume ctfmon was installed with SP2.
When I try to run regsvr32, it can't find it.
