I recently got rid of the windows antivirus pro bug. It did a number on my computer. I have everything back in order except for the cd/dvd drives. They both have been reinstalled, trouble shot and they still don't work properly. I can explore what is on the cd/dvds and even transfer files. It just won't run what is on them. Please help I am stumped.
