A few months ago my computer stopped allowing my to upload pics to Facebook. Every time I click on the Upload button (even before I get to choose a picture), it freezes & I have to completely shut down Firefox. Then, just a few weeks ago it started happening on Myspace too. When I open up my task manager, it tells me firefox is running anywhere from 100,000 k to 250,000 k... I don't know if that helps or not. Sometimes it also shows that there are 2 firefoxes open not responding, but I'll only have one open. I did have someone tell me they thought it was a virus. I do have Spyware Doctor on my computer, bu the guy told me that it only protects parts & I need more protection... I'm pretty computer illiterate, so any help at all would be greatly appreciated, along with a little patience for me. I just want the computer to work! Please help!
