I can connect to the Internet, but I cannot surf successfully. I have to use http:// before the address, and it only connect about 10 percent of the time. I have run adware, hijackthis, spyhunter, and virus scan. any ideas?

Any other connection problems?...like can you access your email, run your chat programs (if used)..things like that? What actually happens when you are surfing...hyperlinks don't work or addreses typed in the address bar giving you "page cannot be displayed"? Are you being re-directed to some unexpected web page? Any other strange errors popping up? Just looking for more info to help diagnose the problem. _______________________
