a few days ago i got a little pop up box that said net.net cannot be accessed. now i cannot search on yahoo, google, or msn. i keep getting different windows pop up boxes alerting me that different things cannot be accessed or opened. my security center service is turned off and says it cannot be started. i tried to do a system restore, but it said i had no restore points. i know ive restored before and just picked a random day about a week past. but this time im not given that option. help. please!

Follow: 1) Install, update database and run full scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. thanks for the help. i downloaded the antimalware and installed it, when i tried to run it nothing happened. i downloaded the super antispyware and midway into the download my computer went to the blue screen saying windows encountered a problem and restarted when it came back, i tried to run the anti malware and i get a message that says " Malwarebytes Anti Malware has stopped working" " a problem cause the program to stop working correctly windows will clost the program and notify you if a solution is available "

First Track this topic. Then follow: 1) Can you please post your AVZ log: Note: Run AVZ in windows normal mode and make sure you are connect to internet. If avz.exe doesn't start, then try to rename the file avz.exe to something else and try to run it again. Make sure you have your web browser open in background before following the steps below. i) To create the log file, download AVZ by clicking HERE. Please save this file to your desktop or "My Documents" folder. ii) Next, unpack the file to a new folder using the Compressed (zipped) folders wizard built into Windows XP/Vista, or a zip utility of your choice. iii) Once you have unpacked the contents of the zip archive, please launch the file AVZ.exe by double clicking on it or right clicking and selecting Open. Note: If you are running Windows vista launch AVZ.exe by right clicking and selecting Run as Administrator. You should now see the main window of the AVZ utility.
