ok i have gmail on google and now i checked my email and scaned my computer and my computer shut off. every time i go on my email it shuts down! HELP

It seems me that your Laptop has a virus. So I suggest you to leave trend mirco and use AVG 8.5 Free Antivirus and scan whole computer after updating it.
