O.k. I have a issue with my laptop. I can not run any antispyware or anything on my computer. It will run for a few seconds then the program will shut down. If I try to open it after it shuts down the message pops up saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I have tried safe mode with no prevail and system restore can not be completed (I have tried multiple dates). I am stumped plese help Really?

What software are you using to scan your computer? You may have to use a bootable antivirus disk to clean your computer, it seems as if a virus/trojan etc is stopping the software from scanning and removing it. Are you familiar with Windows UBCD? Try Malwarebyte's Antimalware from the link below , select save , rename mbamsetup.exe to something else , say zxcsetup.exe . update . navigate to c:\program files\malwarebytes\mbam.exe and rename to mbam.com , double click mbam.com and run the quick scan remove all it finds and reboot . http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php ..........
