Follow in order numbered:

1) Install, update database and run full scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Attach malwarebyte full scan log, fix anything detected.

2) House cleaning. Run full Scan with SuperAntispyware : http://www.superantispyware.com/dow... . Fix what it detects and post summary scan log.

If I'm helping you and I don't reply within 24 hours send me a PM.

Hello,

This is the Customer Support Dept for the MyWebSearch toolbar here to provide accurate information on how to uninstall the MyWebSearch toolbar. Note that the toolbar is configurable and if there is a particular aspect of the toolbar that does not agree with you, you may opt to change your configuration rather than uninstall. Help for this toolbar can be found at: http://helpint.mywebsearch.com

To uninstall, follow these simple instructions:
1) From your computer's 'Start' button, select 'Settings', then 'Control Panel'
2) Double-click on 'Add/Remove Programs' for Windows XP or 'Programs and Features' for Windows Vista
3) Select "My Web Search (Product name)” where Product name is the name of the site that you downloaded the toolbar from.
4) Click 'Remove'.
5) You must reboot your computer to completely remove the toolbar.

Important: It is not advisable to delete any files or registry entries manually. Be sure to reboot to remove all files. Please note that once you have removed the toolbar, you will no longer have access to Smiley Central, Zwinky, My Fun Cards Popular Screensavers, Cursor Mania or Webfetti. Don’t forget that the toolbar is very configurable and if there is some aspect of the toolbar that does not agree with you, you may opt to change it rather than uninstall.

If you have any questions or require any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us at: support[at]help.mywebsearch[dot]com or visit http://helpint.mywebsearch.com

Sincerely,
Customer Support
