Hi, I really hope somebody here can help me. For the past few months i've not been able to log on to my Yahoo mail. It keeps returning me to the log in page. I have contacted Yahoo and send them photographic id as requested but I cannot remember one piece of info requested by Yahoo as I set up the account over 10 years ago. Any help would be gratefully received.

Your question seems a bit fishy to me. If Yahoo can't help you, then you're out of luck. Create another account, and this time document the information you put in your account profile.

I dont see what is so fishy about the fact I am locked out of my account and could provide all bar one piece of information to Yahoo. I have since set up a new Gmail account but want to access my Yahoo account to get email addresses of old friends that I dont have a note of.
