My sister managed to get a Trojan Horse virus on msn. And when I restart the computer, I can't log into any of the accounts. It just procedes to log off as soon as I click on my account name.

Is there any way I can at least retrieve my pictures that are saved on the computer? My senior prom pictures and all my essays for school are there and I really need them.

Thanks.

Your best, and easiest way to retrieve data from an infected machine is to remove the hard drive from the infected computer and add it as a drive in a known working one. From here, you can copy any data you need off of the infected hard drive.

Once you have dome this, you can decide if you want to try to clean the infection or if you would rather wipe the infected machine and re-install.

Let me know if you need more help.
