Can't get rid of virus

I have tried everything I can think of to rid of this virus. Can someone help me please. Response 8 seems like my answer possibly, ( by Fred.nl ) only I'm not sure what to enter for the 2nd part in DOS. Here is my path C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\FYKNF189\
