Hi Everyone, I downloaded a file from the net and it contains the downloader.1st bar.4.ae trojan horse. My av spotted the tj before I had a chance to infect my computer. My problem is, it won't delete. Everytime I try to delete the file, the computer freezes, and won't delete it. How can I rid it from my machine.
I thank you in advance for any help you can give me,

If it is not in your system restore files, try starting your computer and during the boot sequence tap the F8 key to enter the safe mode. Select administrator and run you virus scan and delete it, when it is identified. Many times trojans fo directly to the restore files and you have to turn system restore off and restart the computer to clear them out. System Restore files are protected and antivirus programs cannot delete/clean/rename them.
