Can't get rid of this virus/trojan

Hi, As you obviously know , I have a virus and it's killing me. This virus would keep restarting my explorer.exe and would slow down my internet at times, It has also affected Firefox.

It takes a while for firefox to load up any page , I have Kaspersky and it detected several trojans,viruses and removed some of them . The odd thing is after kaspersky removes them they keep returning back again.

Those are the softwares I've tried using to remove the virus, Kaspersky 2009, Malware Anti Bytes, Spybot search and destroy.

I need professional help here and will greatly appreciate it.
