What anti-virus program are you using? is it up to date? If you have lets say Norton or Trend Micro they should be able to remove this puppy.

i am using avg 7.5 antivirus and avg 7.5 anti spyware (free edition)and i always update them..but stil these softwares could'nt help with this virus..
i've read all the messages in this forum regarding to this matter..and i also already downloaded 'hijack this' from http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files...
and installed it, but (sory) i don't what to do.. :(
maybe jabuck can help me..please!!
i need all the help that i can get..
