Can't get rid of CWS trojan

My computer has a CWS trogan in it, and everything I try does not work. It makes my internet act really funny and slow. Need assistance in getting rid of it.

If it really IS CoolWebSearch, this should do the trick.

Several other good tools on the Trend site too, including HijackThis for anyone interested. If downloading HijackThis, choose the executable, rather than the installer. Some viruses and trojans can stop the installer working,
