As we dismantle the infection bit by bit, that may allow the repeat use of programs, which may in turn pick up more.
Removal of infected parts of the system, may cause other parts to stop working, such as your Internet connection or Services. These we then, have to repair.

If any program won't run ( due to the infection ) let me know.

It is impossible to know what is going on in your computer, without viewing the logs. Copy and Paste the contents of the log/logs after running each program.

Run HitmanPro Kickstart. Note: You will need a USB flash/thumb/pen drive to use this method.

Once you have created a HitmanPro.Kickstart USB flash drive you can use it to rescue a ransomed PC. For that you must first make sure that the ransomed PC is powered off.
Insert the HitmanPro.Kickstart USB flash drive into a USB port of the ransomed PC and turn on the power of the PC. During the startup of the PC, enter the Boot Menu of your BIOS (press either F8, F11 or F12 depending on the manufacturer of your BIOS) and select the HitmanPro.Kickstart USB flash drive.

No problem.

Copy & Paste ( Not cut ) the log onto your Desktop, so it is easy to find.

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble. I am Vineeth and I am from the Norton Support team.

This is a common scam now. Please do not call the numbers listed in that page or in the image. Go ahead and run the scan using the free Norton Power Eraser tool: http://www.Norton.com/npe

Thanks!

may be you can use safe mode to solve the problem , here's how

1. Boot up or reboot your pc and when you see the screen becoming active start tapping the F8 key at one half second intervals until you see a black screen with white lettering.
2. Look at the list of Safe Mode options near the top of the displayed page and use the arrow keys to move the highlighted line up to the SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING line and then hit enter.
3. Give the pc a few minutes to fully boot up. It will boot with a fairly normal looking desk top screen but will have "Safe Mode" in all 4 corners of the display.
4. Hopefully you have SpyHunter. If so update the virus definitions using the Check For Updates selection in the settings icon in the top right of the screen and download the latest definitions. If you don't have it installed, use your internet browser (IE; Firefox; Chrome; etc.) and go to download.com, use the search box and search for SpyHunter download it and install it.
5. Click on the Scan area in SpyHunter run a full scan. When complete review the findings (if any) and then select all of them (right click on one of the little check boxes) and then click on Remove All.safe mode will remove all of the found problem items.

6. Reboot the pc.

Hopefully that will remove any virus/viruses you have on your pc that is preventing you from doing your Restore.

Nice work Dee. Hitman Pro cleared out a huge amount of stuff.

Here are the next 2 steps.

Run both of these, in this order.

Step 1: Run AdwCleaner
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivi...
http://www.softpedia.com/progScreen...
How to download from Softpedia
http://i.imgur.com/BWELEfV.gif
http://i.imgur.com/4luY3rU.gif
http://www.raymond.cc/blog/adwclean...
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
Author's site
http://general-changelog-team.fr/en...
Tutorial
http://general-changelog-team.fr/en...
Close all open programs and internet browsers.
Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click on Clean.
Confirm each time with Ok.
Your computer will be rebooted automatically. A text file will open after the restart.
Please Copy & Paste the contents of that logfile with your next answer.
You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[S1].txt as well.

Step 2:Run Junkware Removal Tool
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Securi...
http://www.softpedia.com/progScreen...
How to download from Softpedia
http://i.imgur.com/qO92huz.gif
http://i.imgur.com/qzTUYkX.gif
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
http://thisisudax.blogspot.com.au/2...
Download Junkware Removal Tool onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.
Warning! Once the scan is complete JRT will shut down your browser with NO warning.
Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
Temporarily disable your antivirus and any antispyware real time protection before performing a scan.
Click this link to see a list of security programs that should be disabled and how to disable them.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/for...
http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...
Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7/8, right-click JRT and select Run as Administrator.
The tool will open and start scanning your system.
Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved onto your Desktop and will automatically open.
Copy and Paste the contents of the JRT.txt log please.
