Can't get computer to start up

Hard disk test failed. Failure I.D. 9LQ499-4RU5ME-XDO3GK-61FD03 Product I.D. NQ226AV Hard Disk 1 Can you please help me? Computer won't startup!!!! I have Norton Premeir Edition Version 5 Security System cmnpm

if your hard disk failed the tests, it would be in your better interest to remove the drive, slave it to another PC and remove and save all your important documents. Norton has nothing to do with fixing a failed drive.
