Try MalwareBytes freebie for starters. It often finds and fixes what AV's miss.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I have same problem. I think it plays audio commercials at random and re-directs my searches.
I have tried:
AVG, antisuperspyware, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Spybot and PC Doctor.
