Can't find virus locations!

My anti-virus reported I had three trojans from limewire music and I went to go locate them from the file name and they aren't there. They were under C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\Limewire\Incomplete. I checked this folder and there were no files there! How do I get rid of these trojans?

Have you got your system set to show all files?: Go to Control Panel/Folder Options, click on the 'View' tab and under 'hidden files & folders' select 'show...' then see if the files have appeared.
