i can turn on computer and shut it off and thats all. a screen comes on that says FBI and wont let me click on internet or anything. cant get that page off my screen.

Tap f8 on bootup and choose safe mode with networking. Then download these 3 free utilities and run them in the EXACT order listed.

If safe mode soes not work for you, you can download those 3 utilities onto a USB drive using a good PC and then installing them on the problem PC.
