Can't delete W32KLEZH@mm infected email

I have outlook express 4 in windows 98 and I can't delete one of the emails that is infected with the w32klezh@mm virus. When I highlight it freezes the system. How can I delete this email without it affecting my system? Please help me.

Hi Johnny,
You can't delete him, becouse have "Real-time protection" active in your Antivirus program. Must disable him. Then open Outlook and post on that mail. DO NOT OPEN HIM when will ask you "open it?" os "save as?" Just delete him. Then close the Outlook and go in WINDOWS directory and delete all from "Temporary internet files" directory. DO NOT OPEN ANYTHING FROM THERE!!! After that enable the "real-time protection" from AV program.
I have deleted 25 of the virus' with w32klezh.@mm however it seems to be in my norton and it wont repair or quarintine please help me this is upsetting me to no end. what is to be done? Help me i updated norton and ran it but this one just wont go away thanks Pat

Can you tell me step by step how to do it. My computer freezes, norton catches it and closes outlook, or an error message comes on everytime I highlight an infected email.
