Download HijackThis!
Unzip and run it. Copy and paste the log it creates into this thread. Someone will review it and tell you what needs to be fixed to get rid of your spyware.

After you get your computer cleaned up, see my post on your previous thread on how to protect yourself from getting spyware.

Try 'Spybot' (it's also free). You may have to run it in safe mode as some of the bugs are protected by Windows. Update the program before you run it.

CommonName (spyware bug) is one such rogue piece of rubbish. Spybot got rid of some rubbish but on re-booting, the rubbish was re-installed. Safemode allowed Spybot to do it's stuff.

I went to the CommonName website and they claim it's not spyware. Why was it bundled (hidden) inside another program I installed?
And why was it running without my knowledge?

Three cheers for Spybot, Hurrah.
