Curious if you have installed any "freeware" programs recently. If so, the program's exe may be inserting the spyware everytime the program starts (which could be everytime you start the computer). What are the names of the two spyware files?
they are cookie files, someone@doubleclick[1]txt, someone@valueclick
Thanks

For what this is worth--doubleclick and valueclick are usually just cookies that are easy to delete. They come from numerous sites. Take a look at the files attributes, uncheck any that are marked (hidden, archived, read only) and then delete them one more time. Also, scan the Reg and delete any doubleclick and valueclick entries. BE CAREFUL!!! Know what you are doing and remember that changes occur instantly and are not reverseable by MS). Restart the computer and before you get back on the net, check to see if they have reappeared. If they came back before you get on the net, some running application must be sticking them back in.
Before playing with the Registry (if you haven't done it before, or not very often), you might want to get a few more responses before doing the above.
