Comment:

A particular website address keeps appearing in my Address Bar AFTER I have cleared my History, Cookies and Temp Internet files. When I go to enter a new web address the offending site's address appears as soon as I type "ww" in the Address Bar. I want to permanently get rid of this site. I have tried going into Regedit to delete but the specific web address does not appear. It may however be the indicated "(Default)" URL, but deletion of this was not permitted. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

In the Internet explorer browser on the menu Tool>Internet Options
Select the content tab at the top
,
Select the auto complete button
,
Uncheck the web addresses button and click on the clear auto complete button

FYI:You also may want to uncheck the other tow boxes on there, that removes auto complete history on web forms and and passwords on web forms.
