Hi, I have some kind of virus that is stopping me from accessing the items in the control panel. Whenever I try to click on anything in the control panel, it gives me the message "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." I ran Hijackthis, I was going to post my log, but then I noticed it said in big letters not to unless it is requested, so... Does anyone have any suggestions??

Sorry I took so long to get back to you. Ok, I did all the steps except the ones involving control panel applications, because I can't open them. All the steps worked except for using Killbox on "C:\WINDOWS\system32\gebxy.dll". It said "This file could not be deleted." Ewido always gives me a warning about that file too. My problem hasn't been fixed yet though.
