Can't access items in control panel

Hi, I have some kind of virus that is stopping me from accessing the items in the control panel. Whenever I try to click on anything in the control panel, it gives me the message "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."

I ran Hijackthis, I was going to post my log, but then I noticed it said in big letters not to unless it is requested, so...

Does anyone have any suggestions??

Go to start> control panel> add/remove programs and uninstall these programs if found:

MyWebSearch

SaveNow

Funwebproducts

Lime Wire (malware portal)

Please download ATF-Cleaner to your desktop from this link

Be sure to update Ewido

Download killbox to your desktop from this link Killbox We will need it later in safe mode

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :

Restart your computer

After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;

Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;

Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".

Choose your usual account.

Run Hijack This from safe mode, close all windows except Hijack This, place a check to the left of the following items and press "fix checked":

Exit Hijack This but remain in safe mode.

Run Killbox from safe mode. Double-click on Killbox.exe to run it.
Put a tick by Standard File Kill.
In the "Full Path of File to Delete" box, copy and paste each of the following lines one at a time.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\gebxy.dll

C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\4.bin\MWSBAR.DLL

C:\WINDOWS\System32\implib.dll

C:\WINDOWS\update\updmangr.exe


Click on the button that has the red circle with the X in the middle after you enter each file.
It will ask for confimation to delete the file.
Click Yes.
Continue with that procedure until you have pasted all of these in the "Paste Full Path of File to Delete" box.

While still in safe mode navigate to and delete these folders if found:

C:\Program Files\LimeWire

C:\Program Files\MyWebSearch

C:\Program Files\Funwebproducts

C:\Program Files\SaveNow

C:\WINDOWS\update

Go to Start > run and paste the following lines, one at a time, press enter
sc stop UpdateManagerTool
sc delete UpdateManagerTool

Run Ewido from safe mode and let it delete all that it finds.

Run ATF-Cleaner from safe mode.Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Under Main choose: Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

Reboot the computer into normal

Empty the restore folder. Go to start>control panel>system>system restore tab>check the box beside "turn off system restore>apply (takes a minute)>ok. Go back and uncheck the box to turn system restore back on>apply>ok.

Post a new Hijack This log please.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you.

Ok, I did all the steps except the ones involving control panel applications, because I can't open them.

All the steps worked except for using Killbox on "C:\WINDOWS\system32\gebxy.dll". It said "This file could not be deleted."

Ewido always gives me a warning about that file too.

My problem hasn't been fixed yet though. Here is my new HijackThis log:
