Can't access antivirus sites.

Hello all^^ I found this site while searching for a solution to the problem in my title. I saw the older thread here : http://www.computing.net/answers/se... and has run SDfix in Safe Mode. However it didn't find/remove any trojans and I'm still unable to access said sites. This computer is relatively bare but there is something leeching at my bandwith even when my browser, torrent and getright is closed, so I think I may have something on hand still. Can anyone help me out please? Thanks
