Cant acces malwarebytes or hijack

I also have the coolwebsearch trojan, but when I click the links to the malwarebytes or hijackthis I get a page load error. I can still access just about any other site so I am assuming the trojan is causing this issue.

Please help!

You may need to download them from another computer. You could also try CWShredder:

Try installing spybot, when I did install Spybot in a machine with something similar it used to close the spybot 3 seconds after opening, I would like to know the solution for this problem because my friend needed the computer so I just had to format it instead of learning from it, let me know, thanks.
