You may have to disable 'System Restore' to purge it by.... START - SETTINGS - CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - PERFORMANCE - FILE SYSTEM - TROUBLE SHOOTING - put a tick in the box next to DISABLE SYSTEM RESTORE - click APPLY - OK -then shut down the PC for two minutes. Start the PC and re-enable SYSTEM RESTORE as above. Then do another online scan. See what others on this site say first before doing the above, and post back your results here for others to see.

I have the free SWAT IT anti-Trojan prog from http://lockdowncorp.com/bots/downloadswatit.html You will find more info at www.wilders.org & www.thepublicworks.com Windows protects files that are in use and some viruses use this to their advantage. By disabling SYSTEM RESTORE, this empties out this folder and hopefully the virus with it. When you start up your machine again be sure to re-enable SYSTEM RESTORE. I think you get a message to make a restore point because you have deleted all the previous points, accept this and make a restore point, and do another online virus check. When you are clean you can get the free prog SWAT IT or a 30 day free trial of Trojan Hunter from www.wilders.org If all this works, post back for others to see. PS I have Win ME and have had to disable SYSTEM RESTORE because of a virus in there. All is OK now.

It's made my system become very very slow. I have Windows ME.
